• Anthropic — AI-powered question generation

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data associated with active accounts for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation or termination, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for export before permanent deletion. Anonymized and aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. The Platform is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
